not what I expected
I was excited when I got this phone but its been nothing but a disappointment since I got it. I'm always hitting the button on the back by accident and it takes a screenshot when I do, which is extremely annoying. Its slow and when you touch the screen it doesn't recognize that you touched it most of the time. In fact, I'm getting frustrated just writing this review. Maybe I got a lemon, I don't know, but what I do know is that I don't recommend it.

Decent phone from a well known name at a bargain price. I have an LG. V20 and just got this K20 for my husband. Look at the difference in price!! Even if the very expensive V20 lasts twice as long as this inexpensive K20 (don't know that it will, just saying) we are still way way ahead on value! All the features we need and want. Nice looking and light weight. Visuals are crisp, speed and touch response are there. Fed up with spending a fortune for phones we end up replacing after 2 to 3 years anyway. So far this is working out well for us, we will see with time, but for the price.... Also, personally, I like to carry spare batteries and you can still change out batteries with LG. Recommended.

Happy with this budget friendly cellphone

I have had this phone 2.5 yrs. It has worked great for me. Light but not too light in weight. Great screen size. Happy with the keyboard size (including each button size).
Lots of great features. Do wish I could control the phones camera being on all the time.
I know sometimes there are just lemons out there and I’m sorry for that. I have been very happy aside from never finding a case that would fit it. So, yes I have dropped it a time or two without a case and have had no trouble with the phone after that drop. Would recommend!

I am really happy to buy this, since 2018. I bought it in Atlanta. It went well, Google Play works really well. Camera works well too. So far it is still good, I have never used the phones that long.
