An upgrade from my flip phone without the cost

The Samsung Eternity II is a solid phone with many more bells and whistles than my old flip phone. It took some getting use to, the number of options and locations of options are mind numbing. After I got use to the location of all the applications, it became a phone I enjoy having. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a basic phone that can expand when desired.

I will Try one more time. I would NOT recommend this phone to anyone. It freezes up daily and i have to take the battery out to unfreeze it. I have do not like this phone at all. I have been a valued customer of At&t and then Cingular and back to At&t and i would like to have my voice heard. This is NOT a good phone. Thank you.

This phone is awesome!

This phone allows internet access at a great price, and lacks nothing. I can do everything I need with this phone. Better than a iPhone by a long shot. I would get this phone for everyone.

I'm a pretty simple girl so I needed just the basics and I wanted to stick with my favorite brand Samsung. When I found the Samsung Eternity I loved it. It was simple had features I wanted and was a touched screen! I got the Eternity II refurbished and it still works like new! I love the ring tone features too!

after reciting this phone i was happy it is super easy yo use but i do not recoment it if you want a high tech phone this is a starter phone.

Good phone, but problematic.

I loved this phone but then i started having lots of problems with it. it started not receiving phone calls, it has delays in texting, and it restarts itself randomly. it's a good phone but the problems, for me, make the rating go down.
