Good quality and easy to use
I have not had this phone very long, but so far I am really enjoying it. It feels good in my hand and has good quality photos. It is easy to navigate and I have had no problems.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE
I recently upgraded through AT&T from my Samsung Galaxy S8 to this S10e. I had my S8 for a little over 2 and half years and I was overall pretty happy with it. The only reason I upgraded is because after 2 years, I started to notice that the battery life was not the same as it was when purchased. I expected the battery to start to suffer after 2 years so no big shock there. I decided to upgrade to the S10e and I have been nothing but disappointed with it and wish there was a way to get my S8See more

This is the greatest phone att has ever carried. The size is perfect and not cumbersome and goofy to hold and use like the s10+ and XS Max. The 6gb of ram is absolutely overkill for any normal person. This phone has more available ram while running than the XR even has in total. The powershare is intriguing and easy. The cameras are nothing short of astounding. The wide angle lens makes images look even better than they do to the eye in the moment. The 4k 60fps video is smooth and beautiful. the screen to body ratio is unmatched. The speed is unmatched. The display quality is unmatched except only by the others in the s10 family. For the money, there has never been a phone to even come close to this one. I am proud to say I sold my iPhone for this, and have already totally forgot whatever it was that made the iPhone "good" I cannot reccomend this phone enough.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE

I recently upgraded through AT&T from my Samsung Galaxy S8 to this S10e. I had my S8 for a little over 2 and half years and I was overall pretty happy with it. The only reason I upgraded is because after 2 years, I started to notice that the battery life was not the same as it was when purchased. I expected the battery to start to suffer after 2 years so no big shock there. I decided to upgrade to the S10e and I have been nothing but disappointed with it and wish there was a way to get my S8 back! This phone runs hot non-stop and the battery life is TERRIBLE. I am charging it at least 2 times a day and even after 2 years with my S8 I didn't need to do that. I am not even close to a heavy phone user. I have no games on my phone, I send about 25 texts a day and I am online MAYBE 30 minutes a day. This phones battery life is AWFUL. I cannot imagine what it would be like if I were a heavy user. I feel like I am back with my iPhone 4s with regard to the battery life. I am tied to a source of electricity constantly and I have been nothing but disappointed. PLEASE, if there is a way to get an S8 back in my hand let me know! I am now stuck paying for a phone upgrade for over 2 years for a phone that is a piece of garbage. Stay FAR away from this phone!!!!!
