Defective phone
I bought this phone less than one year ago. The screen saver cracked and bubbled at the fold. I contacted Samsung and AT&T to no avail. the screen saver is part of the phone and must be replaced at a service center. Samsung has stopped shipping the replacement screen saver. AT&T and Samsung do not want to help. I have waited 5 months and still nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE OR ANY FLIP PHONE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY! Read the reviews. You will be surprised.

Fan-flipping-tastic phone!!!

Loves it. I've had it for 3 weeks now. So far so good. I highly recommend the silicone case with the little ring. Battery life is awesome. To anyone that thinks the battery life sucks... it's not the phone... it's you. You need to reevaluate your life. There's more to life than being on your phone 24\7. I can usually get 2 days from a full charge. It also saves battery if you delete all the apps that you don't use. The camera takes beautiful photos. The foldable screen isn't weird at all. Works perfect. It's just a really good phone.

Screen started to tear 19 days after use . I was four days past the warranty period had to send the phone to Samsung for replacement since AT&T doesn't cover flip or fold phones yet...BTW before my 1st bill was due .

The phone is garbage. Screen cracks at the fold. I've also had a red dot on the screen twice now.

Excellent phone, poor design

I bought this phone a little under 1 year ago. It was so convenient being a women to have a small phone again. The features and camera were excellent as well. Until 1 month ago, I was very pleased with my purchase of this phone and would have given it a 5 star review. Last month I opened my phone to find a hairline section that had not cracked, but pulled away from the underlying portion of the screen. The display and touch function remained intact at this point. I began limiting my use of the phone and tried to not use the flip function as much as I could. However, I find myself 1 month later with a larger ~1.5cm section that pulled away right where the hinge is and now the display underneath has turned black. The bottom half of the display is functional, but the top half tough function no longer works and is slowly turning black. We contacted AT&T about the issue. They told us it was a manufacturing issue and sent us to Samsung. After talking with them, they claim it couldn't possibly be a design flaw and I would need to pay for a replacement screen. The screen is not covered under the 1 year warranty. My options at this point are paying $550 to replace my screen, or trade the phone in for $100. Looking at the forums online for this phone, issues with the screen appear to be a common occurrence with daily use happening anytime after 3 months of owning this phone.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Amazing fold feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can take family/group pictures with the phone and also be in the photo. Easy to set up the phone and use the timer feature. Love to fold it closed and put in my pocket. Plus seeing texts and notifications on the cover screen is awesome
