Great Service
The phone is a phone Rugby III a little different operating system, no biggy. It's about the same as the gen. I & II I've owned just a little bigger.

Arrived defective
"Like new" phone arrived with speaker not working. I went to store and they confirmed it wasn't working. So I sent it back and kept my old Rugby phone

Q: Can the letters be made larger on the text, contacts, etc?

- A: Hi Grannysue, Thanks for posting your questions. I unfortunately did not find any settings to enlarge the text or contacts, however the owners manual indicates that it is possible to change the font size on the main menu.
