Best rural in home Wi-Fi ever
I've been using this unit for 7 months now and I have never had 1 second of trouble with it! It works flawlessly 24/7!! I have the unlimited plus plan and it has never slowed my service no matter how much data I use on it. This month I'm estimated to use 137gb of data. About 80% of that will be from this router. I highly recommend this little router if you live in a rural area. I live way out in the county in a very small town that's about 45 miles from the neatest city. I get great service withSee more

Bought this device as a last resort because I had no other options at my house because it is somewhat rural. I play first person shooters with literally no problem, stream movies and TV shows, and work from home. This thing has proven to be super reliable! The speeds don't fluctuate up and down much either, consistent enough to play video games like Fortnite and COD with no lag. Ping/Latency (sits at 30 consistently) and Upload speeds stay consistent as well. Tried Satellite internet before this and it SUCKED. lol. I definitely would suggest this as an alternative for people who can't get broadband like myself.

Totally Misrepresented and AT&T Unwilling to Fix

These reviews are not relevant to the current offers on this device. I purchased it based on the reviews and also conversations that I had with AT&T over 6 months ago. The device is not compatible with the unlimited data plan any longer. It comes primarily as a home phone replacement, despite being listed as a wireless internet device. It only comes with 1 GB of data. Additional data can be purchased for up to 50 GB and 100 GB. This is a far cry from the promises from AT&T when I last talked with them. I'm totally disappointed. We have no other options for internet where we live and AT&T doesn't even have a DSL plan available. Do NOT buy this device based on the previous reviews!

Nothing but headaches

I've had the unit for a about 2 weeks now. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to get it to work correctly because it constantly buffers. The help on the phone is truly ignorant as well as people in the stores when it comes to this product and service. This experience has been nothing but a headache from day one

Connection issues

The device itself is good but longevity of connection is bad with it being plugged in power source with ethernet port connected. The network disconnects after a good 45 mins with 100gb plan “512mb’s” overall its a good working device it just disconnects here and there. Both wires are secured. Have to reset it once in a while. Never over heats btw.

Q: I just got this device. I’m trying to set up the internet connect with no signal. I put a 5g sim. I was reading the spec and features and it said this device runs on 4g LTE. Would I have to get a 4g LTE SIM card instead of the 5g one?
