Activating Wi-Fi calling
You can use Wi-Fi calling to make and receive calls in areas with limited or no cellular connectivity. If this option is not present on your device, or cannot be enabled, your carrier's network or your specific cellular plan might not support this feature.
1.
From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.

Tap Menu icon.
3.
Tap Call settings.
4.
Tap or slide the Wi-Fi Calling switch to On.
5.
Tap OK.
6.
Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
7.
Tap Wi-Fi Preferred.
8.
Tap the BACK icon.
9.
Enter your phone number.
10.
Tap SUBMIT.
11.
Enter the verification code you received via text message.
12.
Tap SUBMIT.
You should see your emergency address on this screen. If it is correct, you have finished activating Wi-Fi calling. The next few steps will walk you through updating your emergency address.
13.
Tap UPDATE.
14.
Verify your country and postal code and tap NEXT.
15.
Enter your updated address information.
16.
Tap SAVE.
17.
Tap YES.
18.
Tap EXIT.
19.
You've completed the steps!
