Restarting your device
Restarting your device is often one of the first steps when troubleshooting a device issue.
1.
From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
2.
Drag down the Quick Settings panel.
3.
Tap the Power icon.
You can also access Power Options by pressing and holding the Side and Volume down buttons simultaneously.
4.
Tap Restart.
5.
Tap Restart again.
6.
You've completed the steps!
