Performing a Factory Reset
A factory reset will erase all data from your device and is irreversible. This is good to do if you are going to trade in or sell your device. It will wipe all of your personal information from the device.
1.
From the Settings app, navigate to Phone settings.

Select Phone settings.
3.
Navigate to Security.
4.
Select Security.
5.
Navigate to Reset phone.
6.
Select Reset phone.
7.
Navigate to Reset phone.
8.
Select Reset phone.
9.
Select ERASE EVERYTHING.
10.
You've completed the steps!
