Using notification cooldown to limit repetitive notifications
The notification cooldown feature automatically lowers the volume of notifications when you keep getting new ones from the same app. You are able to customize this feature to your preferences.
1.
From the Settings app, tap Notifications.

Scroll to and tap Notification cooldown.
3.
Tap or slide the Use notification cooldown switch to ON.
