How to submit feedback in Google Play
Learn how to report an issue or make a suggestion within the Google Play Store App.

From the Play Store app main screen, tap the Account icon.

Scroll to and tap Help & feedback.
3.
Scroll to and tap Send feedback.
4.
Tap Get Started.
5.
Tap Allow one-time access.
6.
Select the type of feedback you would like to submit.
For the purpose of this tutorial, we are showing how to Report an issue. Your steps may vary depending on which option you choose.

Select the type of issue you would like to report.

Describe your issue.
9.
Tap the Send icon.
10.
Tap Skip articles.

Tap Continue.

Select your email preferences.
