Resetting all settings
A common troubleshooting step is resetting all of your apps to their factory defaults if you are having trouble with your device; your personal information will not be deleted.
1.
From within the Settings app, tap Transfer or Reset iPad.
2.
Tap Reset.
3.
Tap Reset All Settings.
If you have set up a device passcode, you will be prompted to enter it.
4.
Tap Reset.
Resetting your settings will reset all customized settings on iPad. Personal information will not be deleted.
5.
You've completed the steps!
