Setting up your Samsung Health profile
Set up your profile in your device's health app so that it can make better activity and exercise suggestions for you. You can edit your profile as needed, for example if you lose weight you can edit your weight.
1.
From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps.
2.
Tap the Samsung folder.
3.
Tap Samsung Health.
You'll need a Samsung account to use this app.
,If necessary, read through any first time usage screens and tap START, NEXT or I agree as prompted.

Tap My page.
For best results and suggestions, fill in all details for your profile completely.

Tap Edit.
6.
Tap Nickname.
7.
Enter your name.
8.
Tap the Done key.
9.
Tap Gender.
10.
Select your gender.
11.
Tap Done.
12.
Select your height.
13.
Tap Done.
14.
Select your weight.
15.
Tap Done.
16.
You've completed the steps!
