Multitasking between apps
It's easy to switch between different apps on your device, and there are multiple ways you can share data between them.
1.
From a conversation in Messages, tap the Home button.

Tap Maps.

Tap the Search Maps field.
4.
Enter a destination.

Select a destination.

Swipe up to view more information.
7.
Touch and hold the Address section.
8.
Tap Copy.
9.
Quickly press the Home button twice.
10.
Tap Messages.

Tap the iMessage field.
12.
Touch and hold the iMessage field.
13.
Tap Paste.
14.
Tap the Send icon.
15.
Quickly press the Home button twice.
16.
Swipe an app up to close it.
Regularly closing apps can make your phone faster and your battery last longer.
