Reset your device to its factory defaults if you are having trouble with it. This can be a step in troubleshooting.

From the Home screen, swipe to Settings.

Tap Settings.
3.
Scroll to Security and Privacy.
4.
Tap Security and Privacy.
5.
Sroll to Security Wipe.
6.
Tap Security Wipe.
7.
Tap the Confirmation field.
8.
Enter "blackberry."
9.
Scroll to Delete Data.
10.
Tap Delete Data.
11.
You've completed the steps!
