Performing a Factory Reset
A factory reset will erase all data from your device and is irreversible. This is good to do if you are going to trade in or sell your device. It will wipe all of your personal information from the device.
1.
From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.

Swipe to Settings.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap General.
5.
Scroll to Backup & reset.
6.
Tap Backup & reset.
7.
Scroll to Factory data reset.
8.
Tap Factory data reset.
9.
Tap RESET PHONE. The battery must be charged above 30% before the reset can begin.
10.
Tap Delete all.
11.
Tap OK.
12.
You've completed the steps!
