Add your Google account to sync Gmail, Chrome, YouTube, Google Maps, and more.

- Registering a Google account allows you to download and purchase content in the Google Play Store, access email through the Gmail application, receive personalized Google Search results, and have your account automatically logged in for all other Google-based services on your device.
- From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap the ACCOUNTS tab, then tap Add Account.
- Tap Google.
- Tap the Email field.
Note: If you need a Google account, tap Or create a new account and follow the on-screen prompts, or visit https://accounts.google.com/signup.
- Enter the desired email address, then tap NEXT.
- Tap the Password field.
- Enter the required password, then tap NEXT.
Note: To reset your password, tap Forgot password?, then follow the prompts.
- Tap ACCEPT.
- Select the desired service option(s), then tap NEXT.
- Google account setup is complete.
Note: To set up multiple accounts, follow the same process, the n tap Add account.
