1. Insert the USB connector of the AT&T Velocity USB Stick into an open port on the desired device.
   
2. The operating system will detect the device and install the necessary drivers.
   
3. The Internet Access icon in the Task Bar will change to show when the device is connected.
   
4. Connection is complete when the LED indicator light is solid green.
   Note: If you are experiencing issues connecting to the AT&T network, verify the SIM is activated and you are within AT&T coverage areas.
   
5. ACCESS MANAGEMENT WEBSITE: On the connecting device, launch an internet browser. In the address bar enter http://attusbmodem or http://192.168.1.1. Here you can view the signal strength and manage device settings.
