Pleasently surprised!
I ordered this hoping for the best and expecting the worst. My goals when purchasing this is that I wanted reasonable WiFi in my vehicle to hopefully stream movies for the kids while driving. From previous reviews, I was expecting the configuration to take forever.... nope, took only 5 minutes and I was completely up and running. Took a 30 minute drive to see my parents and the kids were streaming Netflix flawlessly. I have not 1 single complaint about this product. It does what I expected it toSee more

Harman Spark
Product doesn’t work, trying to get tech support is pointless. I returned the Spark within 2 days of returning it. Great concept but that’s about it.

I also use it to run an echo dot bluetooth to my car audio. Works flawlessly.

Wi-Fi turns off when vehicle is not in motion.

I purchased the Harman Spark for in-car Wi-Fi and it works great when you are driving. However, when you stop and need to conduct any work on your connected device, you had better hope you can complete it in less than 30 minutes because the Wi-Fi automatically shuts down until you move at least 15 meters. In stop and go traffic, you will also lose Wi-Fi until you can get back up to speed. The Wi-Fi then takes approximately 3-5 minutes to reactivate to allow access. Unless you download the manual prior to purchase, this is not listed anywhere on AT&T's website, so buyer beware.

I HATE this product!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give it NO stars at all!!!!!!! For the time I purchased the spark it has not worked. I’ve called my carrier and they said they show it is working. I have had one of these hotspots for my car when I had Sprint that worked like a charm not problems. As soon as I pulled it in it work and I never had a problem with it. If you can find something else please do so!!! Don’t spend your money.
