How it works
- Sign up for Plenti and link your Plenti card number to your myAT&T wireless account.
- Enroll in Paperless billing and AutoPay to earn points on your monthly wireless, Internet and TV services.
- Earn Plenti points when you activate and use special offers found on Plenti.com and in the Plenti app.

Using Plenti Points at AT&T: Points can be used for savings on eligible purchases or on an eligible wireless bill at AT&T company-owned stores only. Points used for savings may not exceed cost of eligible purchase or total amount of wireless bill. Eligible purchases: Include in-stock merchandise you pay for at the store. Excludes gift cards, items that are added to your bill, items paid for in installments, down payments, prepaid purchases, deposits, AT&T Next Pay Up or Pay Off payments, and merchandise that is not in-stock, must be direct fulfilled, or that is purchased online and shipped to store. Eligible Wireless Bill: You may use points for savings on a standalone AT&T consumer postpaid wireless bill. Excludes combined bills, prepaid, and bills for non-wireless services.
Plenti Points for Wireless/TV/Internet Services: AT&T consumer wireless postpaid customers can earn 50 Plenti points per month for each eligible line of wireless service (up to 6 lines), 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet service, and 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer DIRECTV or U-verse TV service. Eligibility Requirements: Your postpaid consumer wireless account that is linked to your Plenti card account number must be currently enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing, and in good standing by the tenth day of the month to start earning points each month. To receive points for your consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts, you must have at least one wireless account in good standing that is linked to your Plenti card account number and is enrolled in AutoPay (Auto Bill Pay for DIRECTV customers) and Paperless billing, and your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts must also be enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing and be in good standing as of the tenth day of the month to start earning each month. In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts. Linking: To earn Plenti points, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card account number to a registered myAT&T consumer postpaid wireless account as of the 10th day of the month to receive points for that month. Exclusions: Excludes business customers, charges for insurance products and services (including premiums and deductibles) and non-postpaid wireless products and services. Also excludes all taxes, fees, surcharges, or government assessments.
General Plenti Terms: Participation in Plenti is subject to the Plenti terms and conditions found at plenti.com/terms. You must finish signing up with Plenti to become a Plenti member to use points. Reproduction or transfer of an offer constitutes fraud. Using Points: Cannot currently use points with all participating companies or locations. With AT&T, points can be used only at AT&T company-owned stores. Points: Have no cash value and are credited to your Plenti account within approximately 45 days. Points expire after 2 years. Participation in a transaction with AT&T for Plenti points is subject to AT&T terms at att.com/plentiterms. The terms, restrictions, and options of AT&T offers, AT&T participation in Plenti, other Plenti partners, offers and restrictions, and the ability to earn and to use points with AT&T in connection with Plenti may be changed, discontinued, or terminated at any time without notice.
