Until October 31, 2017, AT&T customers who have linked their myAT&T account to their Plenti card by September 28, 2017 can continue to:
- Earn Plenti points from AT&T on eligible monthly wireless/TV/Internet services enrolled in paperless billing and AutoPay
- Earn Plenti points from AT&T on eligible purchases at AT&T company-owned stores and at att.com
- Earn Plenti points on AT&T promotional offers available on Plenti.com
Plenti members can continue to use Plenti points for savings on eligible purchases and wireless bills at AT&T company-owned stores until October 31, 2017.
After October 31, 2017, Plenti members will no longer be able to earn or use Plenti points with AT&T. However, your Plenti membership will remain active and you will still be able to earn and use Plenti points with other participating Plenti partners including Bi-Lo, Chili’s, Exxon, Harvey’s, Macy’s, Mobil, Rite Aid and Winn-Dixie. Plenti Points for Wireless/TV/Internet Services: Ends October 31, 2017. AT&T consumer wireless postpaid customers can earn 50 Plenti points per month for each eligible line of wireless service (up to 6 lines), 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet service, and 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer DIRECTV or U-verse TV service. Eligibility Requirements: Your postpaid consumer wireless account that is linked to your Plenti card account number by September 28, 2017 must be currently enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing, and in good standing by the tenth day of the month to start earning points each month. No more than five AT&T accounts can be linked to a single Plenti card number. To receive points for your consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts, you must have at least one wireless account in good standing that is linked to your Plenti card account number by September 28, 2017 and enrolled in AutoPay (Auto Bill Pay for DIRECTV customers) and Paperless billing, and your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts must also be enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing and be in good standing as of the tenth day of the month to start earning each month. In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts. Linking: To earn Plenti points, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card account number to a registered myAT&T consumer postpaid wireless account by September 28, 2017 and remain linked as of the 10th day of October 2017 to receive monthly service points. Exclusions: Excludes business customers, charges for insurance products and services (including premiums and deductibles) and non-postpaid wireless products and services. Also excludes all taxes, fees, surcharges, or government assessments.
