Absolute Garbage Pushed by AT&T

I purchased this case along with my new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7. Less than 20 days later, the flimsy left side of the case snapped while I was on a voice call. When I contacted AT&T customer service, the representative refused to help and told me to contact the manufacturer because AT&T does not cover cases. It is incredibly disappointing that AT&T actively pushes a known, flawed product, collects the customer's money, and then refuses any responsibility. I have been a loyal AT&T customer since the Cingular Wireless days. For a company to not stand behind the products they upsell during a phone purchase is unacceptable. While this is only a $20 case, it is the principle of customer care and product quality that matters.
