Don’t buy accessories from ATT.
Ordered the new iPhone 17. Thought I was getting the Pro but it turned out to be the Pro Max. I ordered this Otterbox which was for the iPhone Pro. After receiving it i realized it was the wrong size so i needed to return it. ATT.com just wouldn’t work to give me the return label so i called customer service who sent me the return label via email. I packed up the Otter box and sent it via UPS the same day. UPS shows the item was received by ATT 2 weeks ago but still have not received the $80 crSee more
