VERY POOR INCOMPETENT SERVICE BY AT&T !!!!!!!!!
First of all this is the second time that I tried to order iPhone 15 Pro Max and Snap Case. First time my order has been canceled because both items were not is stock according to AT&T. Today I placed an order for same items and after 3 hours I received an email from AT&T as follow: " You’re all set. We canceled the items just like you asked, so you don’t have to do anything else. " I DID NOT ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER - this is sucks service !!!!!!!

I can't get my money back. The case is the wrong size. I called within the 14 days even though it was not listed on the invoice and the customer service stated I could return it in the store. I went to the store they told me I could not return it in the store. Now I'm outside of the 14 days because I had to travel for work and they say I can't return it at all. I will found another company to do business with when my plan is up.
