Good charger.
Pros: Good charger. Perfect fit with easy-in easy-out for frequent phone retrieval. Good stand for viewing screen next to computer. Additional battery charger on back is a nice bonus. Cons (minus 1 star): It makes a quiet electrical "coil whine" that sounds like an alternating sizzling sound. This is normal, but may bother people who work where it's quiet, or have it by them while they try to fall asleep. Quality electrical potting of components is the fix. Very Disappointed, arrived Broken, poor c-service
Arrived Broken, inside parts were rattling around moving side to side, called customer service to try to get a replacement, no one could help me, keep revering me to a different depart and phone number, I was then told to go to a walk-in AT&T store. There they were able to refund my purchase. reordered directly from GPS Lockbox, wasn't going to take anymore chances. cost more, so we'll see what happens. AT&T needs to improve their way of returns, was not very simple.
