Junk!
I bought two pairs of these. 15 days of wearing first pair, they stopped working. My husband took to ATT store and they said they can only exchange within 14 days. So I was one day late. Now second pair has only one ear that works. 55 dollars for 2 headphones that broke within a month.

I believe these earbuds are better than the ones I got with my XR iPhone . I need something that will last and I believe these will.

Simply visit any AT&T store and bring a valid proof of purchase with you. Make it clear that you want to file a claim of your Earbuds under warranty.
In this link: https://pre-www.att.com/stores/ you will be able to book an appointment in a corporate store. Keep in mind that only corporate stores will let you book an appointment.
