Bad n different than the product picture

Bad product. It not the same ear buds that shows in pictures. It not comfortable and causes pain when trying to sleep as I was used to the proper plastic earpiece but this has metal and different shape. I need to return it and need the actual product that shows in the product picture.

Don’t waste your money

Poor quality! Got 3 one broke within the first use. The other one within 2 weeks, the last one shocks my ears occasionally. I thought they would be the quality of the ones that used to come with the phones but I was very disappointed!!!:(
