Mixed Quality, Poor Warranty Support
I recently purchased two new phones and, along with them, two ZAGG screen protectors. I’ve used ZAGG products for years and have generally been very satisfied, but this experience was disappointing.

The protector appeared to be stuck inside the EZ Apply® installation tray, and when I attempted installation, air bubbles formed under the screen that could not be worked out. This product is hit or miss
6 days ago
I've ordered this item twice because I'm very rough on my phone. I was able to put the first one on with no problem, it lasted ~4 months before cracking. I purchased a replacement and I was unable to successfully put this on my phone. The "easy on" tool broke as I was trying to get the screen protector on and it's unfortunately useless. I have to buy yet another screen protector.

Not Worth the Price; Cracked in Less Than 60 Days
5 months ago
I purchased the ZAGG InvisibleShield XTR5 expecting premium protection, but I’m honestly disappointed. In less than 60 days, the screen protector cracked after a simple drop. While I will say it did its job in protecting my actual phone screen, the damage to the protector itself was significant enough that I had to remove it completely.
For the price point, I expected something far more durable. A product marketed as high-performance protection shouldn’t fail this quickly under normal use. Unfortunately, I don’t feel this is worth the money and wouldn’t purchase it again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

AT&T CARE - Isabella
Hello, Katiac. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are glad to hear that the ZAGG InvisibleShield XTR5 did its primary job and kept your iPhone 17 Pro screen completely safe from harm. However, we are truly sorry that the protector itself cracked so quickly after a single drop. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the durability, especially given the premium price point of this product.
We want to make sure you get the long lasting protection you paid for. Since ZAGG products carry a limited lifetime warranty, you are likely eligible for a free replacement screen protector. We highly recommend visiting the official ZAGG warranty registration page online to claim your replacement, or you can bring your receipt into an AT&T retail store so our team can help guide you through the next steps.

Mixed Quality, Poor Warranty Support
I recently purchased two new phones and, along with them, two ZAGG screen protectors. I’ve used ZAGG products for years and have generally been very satisfied, but this experience was disappointing.
One of the screen protectors was defective right out of the box. The protector appeared to be stuck inside the EZ Apply® installation tray, and when I attempted installation, air bubbles formed under the screen that could not be worked out. While the warranty did cover a replacement, I was required to pay $10.74 (including tax) for shipping, and it took a full week to arrive. Given that the original product was defective, I expected a no-cost replacement.
The second phone had a very different experience. The EZ Apply® installation method worked perfectly, and I was genuinely impressed. Unfortunately, shortly afterward, the phone was dropped from the edge of a couch cushion—approximately 2 feet—due to simple bad luck, and the protector shattered. We are still waiting on that warranty replacement.
What’s especially frustrating is that the replacement protectors do not include the EZ Apply® installation system and must be installed manually the old-fashioned way. That inconsistency, combined with the shipping cost and delays for defective products, has made me reconsider whether ZAGG will remain my go-to option for screen protection going forward.
