Another 10 year customer that needs a remote
I went through many instructions to try to "fix" the old remote I have; and after numerous times trying to order, I came to the "non. available" box. Apparently you can't get a new remote for this system. And, if I could get one, I have to pay for it, even though I am "renting" their equipment.

Call me Disapointed
Never received the 2 replacement remotes for our u-verse service. It ha been a month. We were tols it should take a week to receive them. verey disapointed.
