Broken Promises

ATT lied about Interent promotion. signed up and ordered this oculus and within minutes it was cancelled. I went to the store and spent several hours on chat and on the phone to get this corrected only to be promised an email with a new promotion link. Fast forward to today.... Almost 8 weeks later and still NO EMAIL or promotion. This is a scam and is really shameful tactic to get people to sign up for this service. I encourage all victims to file a complaint with BBB and FTC maybe consumeSee more
