Poor Service
Never got my order because it was cancelled twice. Tried calling and kept getting redirected and then waiting on hold for 2 hours. Was told to go to an AT&T store but I am stationed over seas for the army so I don’t have that option. Got told there was nothing I could do. Your customer service is atrocious.

What air pods should be!

I got a chance to try these out pre launch and here is what i think.
They are definitely worth the money, build and audio quality is now a little better than my bose wireless earbuds. Buttons are easy to click which has always been an issue with bose. They pair as fast as airpods 2. Better sound quality than airpods due to better fit that blocks a lot of ambient noise and has larger driver. Battery life is better than anything in the market in its price range. My main drawback is the choice to put lightning connector in the case instead of USB-C which is found on the macbook pro and all android phones. I tested the audio on a xs max and a samsing s10+ and audio quality was identical on both platforms. Final opinion, these are for someone who likes high quality sound thats very loud while working out, Or studying for hours and doesn’t want a cable in the way on their desk.

Well I am not one to write reviews but after seeing all those postings I had to write one to give an honest feedback. The design is nice and sleek nothing like whatever is out right now, the comfort hurt my ears after a solid 3 hours are so! The adjustments are okay and the added ear pieces help for the people with different ear sizes. But now for the sound quality, If you want the Bass and loud treble this aren't the headphones for you!!! Clear and crisp is what you get, that wasn't really something that I found thrilling especially for the whopping price. The Bose sound fit would be you're better choice. Just like to give honest feedback for the people out there that actually try them out.

Case is so bad - both ear pieces seldom charge

Because of the horrible case design, the ear pieces are seldom both charged. You find this out each time you take them out of the case, only to find out on is dead and hasn't been charging, even with the case charged and everything else working. I have Beats Fit Pro and Studio Pro which are both great, exactly as expected. These Powerbeats Pro just suck as they only work half the time. Customer service - nothing they could do ... horrible product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Too many design flaws. Do not buy.

Too many design flaws. Headphones never sit correctly in the case so you can’t guarantee if they are charged when you want to use them. If they were charged, a single headphone may turn off randomly leaving you with just one headphone for the rest of your run/workout. I called customer support and the only option was to basically buy new ones. When I had issues with my Trekz Air headphones they replaced them. Would 100% stay away from the PowerBeat Pros and go try out the Trekz Air.
