Another 10 year customer that needs a remote
I went through many instructions to try to "fix" the old remote I have; and after
numerous times trying to order, I came to the "non. available" box. Apparently you can't get a new remote for this system. And, if I could get one, I have to pay for it, even though I am "renting" their equipment.

Call me Disapointed
Never received the 2 replacement remotes for our u-verse service. It ha been a month. We were tols it should take a week to receive them. verey disapointed.

Remote Replacement

I ordered two new Remotes. They were to replace the remotes that were part of my original equipment installation. The old ones were 10 years old, but still I didn't think that I would have to pay to replace them.

Cost to replace system remote

While the new remote works fine and ordering was not a problem, I find it distasteful to have to pay for a replacement remote for equipment and service that I am paying for on a monthly basis.

These remotes suck. The power button doesn't work a lot of the time--have had to turn off manually. Now there are NO remotes available??? What's wrong with this picture? Att is in the business of renting equipment for cableven though we buy remotes . So why no remotes? Everything about their equipment sucks.

What no more remote controls

i have been a loyal atnt customer. But I just spent 1 hour and 30 minutes on ATNTservice line only to have the wrong product shipped to me. I had to call again and spend another hour and 15 minutes to return the wrong products and then was told I would have to order my remote online. Ha-ha I discovered that this is not an available option either. What is wrong with ATNT...no service. Then maybe I will switch companies. Get real over a simple remote thatI had for 20 + years.
