Usage and accessibility
I am my brother's caregiver, and he doesn't have internet, so I use the modem when I need to access the internet on my laptop at his home. I use it instead of my data on my cell phone. It's convenient and small enough to carry in my little cell phone purse.

Great modem!
The USB modem works great on my laptop. It wasn’t so easy to purchase, as I wanted to. purchase just the modem. Instead I had to add a line, then cancel after receiving the modem. A little extra expense in doing so (since I already had a valid plan). It’s quite fast, where I’m able to receive triple digit speeds to my laptop while traveling. It’s portable enough to to fit in the laptop bag when traveling, and easy enough to just plug and play. I didn’t have to download/install any specific driver. Windows 10 and MacOS both were able to start using the modem right away.

Horrible and Trying to return Was a Nightmare
4 years ago
I got the device and it would not download the driver or connect to internet. Spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with technical support and still it wouldn’t work.
When I tried to return it they said take to my local store. My local store said they could not take it back but try a store 45 minutes away. I called ATT to get a return label and spent 30 minutes before I hung up because they couldn’t help me. Went to store 45 minutes away and they wouldn’t take it back and actually printed me a return label and told me to send it back myself.

I never used it and tried to return it to you multiple times and your company gave me the run around. And your phone system is really confusing. When I first called someone from your company told that all i have to do is write the account on the box and return it. Well it got returned back to me. I went to At&t store to return it, they said they would charge me $55. I called you again and you said you would mail me returrn label. And you didnt. The last time I called you i was heated, you charged me for something didnt even use. I cussed everybody and Im sorry for that, the representives were great.
