Great product, Poor plan choices
Overall product is awesome, AT&T should do a better job with plan options when purchasing the item, and not surprise consumer’s when activating.

Wonderful hotspot.

Incredibly impressed. The combo of 5G and Wifi6 gives me faster only performance than I get at home on my cable modem. Upgrading from the older 4g model, this is better in every way: easier to use, faster boot, faster performance. Highly recommend, and worth the upgrade.

Device works great but data plan is awful, data always goes over and costs twice as much as expected. Only one data plan available and it is not enough date to allow work from home. AT&T does not offer economical plans at this time and it takes hours of your time to reach someone on the phone who is ever able to really help or answer your questions.

Hardly works

I get it. I live in a rural area. This device is awful. It turns itself off. It overheats. I had to take battery out leave the back off and add a fan. It drops service and the cell tower is only a mile away as the bird flies. I still can’t get more than 7 devices to connect to it. This is the 2nd device to do this as I’ve already had the first one replaced for doing the same thing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Far to many Cell Towers

Actually a superior device. Problem is too many competing Towers and far too close to each other and competing with each other, even the same service Towers. If you are driving down the road and continue to be dropped it's because you are Tower hopping. Perform a cell phone tower internet search of your State...incredible!

- A: Hi @Sharigo, If you are attempting to use in-car features that require an internet connection, we are not familiar with that type of setup. You would have to contact BMW to see if hotspots can be used. If you just need Wi-Fi for tablets and such, this is a good alternative. Please note, that depending on where you travel and terrain, you may see service disruptions.
