*AT&T 5G requires compatible plan and device. Coverage not available everywhere. AT&T 5G+ is offered in limited locations in specific cities. Device will display 5G+ coverage indicator when used in an area where 5G+ coverage is available. To get broad mid-band 5G+ service, you need a band n77 capable device. To get high-band service in AT&T 5G+ Zones, such as venues, airports, and other points of interest, requires approximate unobstructed line-of-sight to the signal source plus a band n260 capable device. Wireless technology varies by device. See Feature and specs above to see this device’s wireless technology capabilities. For coverage details see att.com/coverageviewer. Go to att.com/5Gforyou for details.
**AT&T ended 2G and 3G services on its owned U.S. network. We may offer 2G and 3G when roaming. AT&T also may slow your services to 2G speeds when roaming.
1Operating Temperatures
The device is designed to work within the following ambient temperature ranges:
In MegaRange High Power mode: -20°C (-4°F) to 35°C (95°F).
In Standard Power mode: -20°C (-4°F) to 55°C (131°F).
If the device exceeds 95°F (35°C) in MegaRange mode, it will automatically switch to Standard Power mode. If it exceeds 131°F (55°C), the device will shut down to prevent damage.
Using or storing the device in hot or cold places that exceed these temperatures, such as a closed car in summer or winter, will adversely impact battery life and performance.
It’s normal for your MegaConnect device to feel warm to the touch during operation. The device may become noticeably warmer when in MegaRange mode (indicated on your display), supporting multiple connected devices, or transferring data at high speeds. The vent holes on the side of the device can produce elevated temperatures, indicating that the cooling system is actively managing the device’s temperature as designed. Always handle your device with care, especially when in MegaRange mode.
2Rugged Specs
MegaConnect holds MIL-STD-810H, making it resistant to drops and shi an IP53 rating which means the device is resistant to dust and is not fully waterproof. It can withstand light drops of water, but should not be submerged, unlike higher IP68-rated devices.
3No Battery Mode - Using the Power Adapter
No Battery Mode requires removal of the battery and use of the 30W charging cable and Sonim charging block that came with your device. No Battery Mode will not work without the 30W cable.
