Piece of junk….no wonder it was free
This phone came in the mail.. it’s junk…..it cuts me off constantly. Does not hold a charge….instruction for use are not useful .. who sent it free.

Dear TM Cyrano, thank you for your feedback. This is a simple flip phone and it may take getting used to it as it does have a smaller battery and different user interface than the smartphone or other branded flip phone. We haven't seen much problem with the battery not holding a charge. However, we recommend that you charge the phone while not in use and that you should not allow the battery to be completely go to zero. When the battery do go to zero charge, it may take a while before there is any indication that the battery is being charged. Some other recommendations to conserve power would be to turn off the Bluetooth when not used, reduce the brightness of the display, and reduce the timer on the display being on. While the phone is on, the power consumption is continuous, so it is recommended to charge the battery to full every night for the best use the following day. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

Worst phone ever

This phone is not user friendly at all. It's very slow to respond to anything you try to do with it. Texting is an absolute nightmare. Every day I'm tempted to break this piece of junk in half.
