Never got Pink iPh 16 & ATT doesn't know that
Ordered the pink iPhone 16 along with 2 other black iPhone 16's on Monday 3/9/26 to be pickup at at ATT store, Katy, Tx around 11:30am, never heard anything until email at 6:30pm 3/9/26 advising the order had to be cancelled due to "technical issue" no explanation about what that was or what to do; ordered 3 black iPhone 16's that evenin for local ATT pickup, then @ 3:15am got email saying phone (1) was being shipped! other two phones we had to do something about, so I called & talked to ATT repSee more

Miss leading

The phone is great but the only reason I upgraded was because I was told my current iPhone would get a trade in value of $830 if it was in good condition and it was but now it’s only worth $30 dollars on the trade in. I would never had traded it in if I knew I would still have to pay full price so I think that it was misleading not happy at all and I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years

The Phone works well and I am enjoying some of the features. Some of the changes from earlier models are not helpful (easy access silent button for one). I wish Apple would still make smaller phones.
