Sometimes when you think it's too good to be true

It was time to upgrade my phone...normally I just buy my device direct from Apple. I don't like payments and I don't enjoy commitments. But the offer of $1000 credit for my 13 promax caught my eye. I always think offers like that are "rip off" hooks but I was pleasantly surprised to see I DID get the full $1000 for my phone. Worst phone experience in 25 years.

Phone was fine…but that was the last thing that was good about my transfer experience. Ordered 5 phones, transfer service from different company. AT&T pricing and promotions were much better. Took me 3 days to get 5 phones activated. I counted the hours….spent over 27 hours between holding on calls, chatting, and physically sitting in a store for 6 hours.
