Been waiting for this one for years!

I am not even going to lie here. It took my three trips to the store, playing with this thing before I actually pulled the trigger and paid for it at full price. I had an iPhone 5S and iPad Air but with both Next installment plans and two data plans it definitely added up. I've been following thi device since the first padfone released overseas a few years ago. When I heard this was coming I was so excited for it. Then a few early reviews came in and people were like, we love the device but the tablet is chunky or old fashioned, etc. Even after seeing it in the store I still let this reviews get to me. Well, I bought the entire package in store (including the folio case bundle, wireless charger, and keyboard case). I already have a windows 8 ASUS tablet that I love and use everyday. I didn't have high expectations for this phone but man, it delivers on so many levels. If you are looking for something a bit different, very powerful, and incredible value, then this is what you want :). Enjoy!

As a phone this is Average. Poor speaker volumes in both earpiece and Speaker. Phone call quality is poor quality. Muffled sounds. When connected to Bluetooth the phone calls get loud and soft during the call. Have to constantly adjust volume. The battery life is poor. Heavy usage will drain battery quickly. Not all widgets of apps work with this phone. As a tablet it is below average. The phone dock will crash or show a black screen at times, especially if you are using certain widgets on phone that aren't compatible. The keyboard in landscape will automatically space out a word and jumble up a mess of characters. It can be buggy. The volume in the dock is lower than most tablets. It is a bit difficult to hold in portrait mode very long due to the phone in the dock is in your way. It is awkward to use this as a tablet. The optional keyboard is too heavy and adds even more bulk. The camera is below average and when docked drops to 5 megapixels rear and 1 megapixel front. Phone won't connect to computer as a usb device without SD card installed. I believe Your better off buying a seperate phone and tablet in my opinion. I so much wanted this to work well but it is lacking. I am a bit disappointed

UGH!

After 3 exchanges, I have owned for just short of a year. The tablet is pretty good, although the number of apps not working continues to increase, but the phone is simply awful. Very frustrating because I knew there would be issues, however I assumed ASUS would invest in the product and produce some updates. Product could be amazing with some investment. Unfortunately, the only investment came from customers that ASUS doesn't appear to care about.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This phone is almost complete swag. The idea is awesome and for the most part it works really well. That being said it can be pretty glitchy especially with certain apps, and the phone overall has some small gliches.

WORSE 2 PHONES EVER

Went from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to this one I had the first one for 3 days it stoped working took it back to the store got another thinking that one might just be a bad one it happens.
got the second one and ive had it for 28 days now and it went out, this time worse then the other one just black screen so i would not recmend this phone. maybe after they get all the kinks and make it a better phone then yeah i like the concept of it. they realy need to look at what like samsung and apple got and try and one up them with the fetures besides the tablet part that would be a extrea bouns then
