Life saver for parents
My students phone is safe now. He is only able to text and call and send and receive photos to people I have added to his account. Wonderful for preteens that are not mature enough for full access! Highly recommend for parents needing parental lock down. All social media is blocked!!!!

Bad phone and horrible CS

Unusable and frustrating
Couldn’t use and wasted hours at the store and with representatives on the phone trying to fix. They sent me a phone that had company protection software on it for login so they said it was likely a used business phone. Then they charged me for a restocking fee and said they couldn’t reverse it because they hadn’t received the phone back yet and their only solve was that I call them back- As if I want to waste more of my time on the phone with them…
