This is, by far, the worst phone I have ever owned over the past 15 years. I would gladly take my mid-90's cinderblock-sized phone over this phone. The keys are tiny, and there are multiple letters on each key, so texting and emailing is almost impossible. I'm a proficient texter on every phone I've ever owned - even on non-QWERTY keyboard models - and this phone simply defies any and all attempts to text efficiently. Also, I have owned this phone for 6 months, and it is falling apart. The battery cover has cheap flimsy clasps that break easily, and the sound scheme has become so bad that I cannot understand what the person on the other end of the phone is saying because the phone has died just 6 months into its life. I have never dropped this phone or let it get wet, so these defects are not due to accident or misuse. Finally, the battery life is just shy of terrible. If you leave it plugged in every night you should be okay. But once you talk for more than 45 minutes, it's already down to 40% battery life. Do yourself a favor and get ANY other phone you can. You will hate life on a daily basis if you opt for this one.

Easy to use and just the right size

I like the size since it is smaller and lighter than most of the phones out there. It was easy to learn without having to read every word in the instruction booklet. The screen is good in the car, it doesn't have a lot of glare so I can see who is calling or left me a message. I especially liked all the different tones it houses in its memory and already set ring tones. The selection was awesome! It looks expensive but was very affordable. I also like it because it came in different colors. My phone is metallic red and I get a lot of positive comments for it. The roller-ball is basically easy to manuver to where you want to be and it has quite a bit of neat short-cuts, as well I would really recommend this phone to someone who isn't ready or interested in the touch-tone phone:)
Prostools, menus, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, games, camera/video quality, speaker, durable, fits great in my pocket, lite weight, looks expensive, perfect fit

whenever my battery runs low or gives out the phone give the classic blackberry JAVA ERROR blank screen. i couldn't even make an emergency call. The keys r too little unless your hands are tiny and the screen resolution is like mario bros 1990s.
