Poor Customer Service / Great Phone
Great phone / AT&T is Awful. My experience getting the amazing Google Pixel 11 pro XL (great phone 10 out of 10) was blisteringly bad. The only bright spot was Wendell in the Belmont NC AT&T store. He walked me through the process and advocated for me in our interactions with corporate AT&T. My purchase / upgrade of this phone was the worst possible. From poor shipping decisions, to having account needlessly blacklisted, service delays and being passed around through multiple departments and proSee more
