love the keyboard, hate everything else.

I've had this phone for about a year now. The case is falling apart, all of my friends tell me they can barely understand me when I call - I think the case is now blocking the microphone because, as previously mentioned, it is falling apart.
The phone takes a long time to turn on, I average about 5 texts/day, and 1 phone call (30 minutes)/day but I still have a dead battery almost every other day. If I do spend a lot of time texting, or make several phone calls the phone is dead by the end of the day. I can't imagine taking advantage of the radio or music features on this phone because I would have to start charging it twice a day! I do like having the full, physical, keyboard though.
The display is bright, and pretty, but difficult to use in bright sunlight and is prone to glare.
Despite the long start up time I have never had this phone "crash", and I like the navigation, and that the menus are easily customized to your preferences. The OS is very intuative, and easy to navigate.

Perfect, but totally unreliable

I really like the navigation on WebOs a lot. Unfortunately, it is constantly freezing up. It runs out of memory very fast sometimes, but even with no other applications running it can freeze up during a phone call. It's not just my phone in particular... the first one I had broke so I had to get a new one. It's unfortunate because otherwise, I really, really like this phone. If you try it out you might love it, but I say stay away! Maybe the other Palm phones are better but I'm not sure.

Okay for kids.

I am a highschool student that likes to text and what not. From the first time i saw the Palm design I wanted it. So by the time my contract ended, I got it. I was in LOVE with this phone. It work wonderfully. The phone froze now and then but it was anything to worry about. One major turn off on this phone is the battery life, it stinks. Then one day my phone screen cracks. I had not dropped it or anything. I might have sat or laid on it but nothing to make the screen crack. I'd dropped the phone numerous times before and put it in my backpack multiple times. This was a shocker. I think i will just go ahead and get a new phone.
