Great Phone
I've been an iphone user since Iphone 5 and I don't miss it a bit. this is a great phone, fast, with a lot of fun features like 3D wich is great!!!

Screen is horrible returning mine.
So much HYPE from RED and this thing feels like it fell out of 1985. Really bad cameras, really bad screen and the 3D effect made me sick. Search google for reviews before you buy this. Pixel 3 takes better photos.

Best phone ever!!!

This is the most fun I have had with a new phone. Rugged construction, 3 days of battery with heavy usage, DSLR like pictures in 2D, Bokeh effect is great, real color, not over saturated, great user community to help with new features. Updates about every week with new functions. The 4HV screen to fun.
I have spent alot of time taking pictures in H4V and comparing my skills to those displayed on the Holopix app. Fun to follow other H1 owners as that post pictures.
Holochat is new. It allows video chat in 3D (H4V). My wife looks great in 3D.
PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE!!! Most of the "bad" reviews were done on software that is ages old. Remember the phone gets better all the time.
Oh... and all the apps work, great reception... etc...

Fingerprint scanner stopped working after first update, SD card easily jams inside expansion slot, VERY LIMITED ACCESSORIES, way overpriced at initial release, ZERO modular accessories, just all around nerve-wracking.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Red Hydrogen 10 months in.

I had waited for this phone to come out for a while. The design looked amazing and the phone promised good things. After a few months with it I can say that it was mostly hype. After 6 months my fingerprint reader stopped working. Now the phone seems to be a lot quieter. I'm thinking something with the speakers went. I've been trying to get it fixed but the company never replies. The 3d photos were cool but the more I look at it, the more aggravated I get. realizing all the 3d photos taken can only be viewed on that device.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very slow with updating firmware

I love the phone. The last update was Dec 2018, it's Aug 2019 and no new updates. I only gave this phone 3 stars because of the very slow firmware updating.

I wished the phone worked

It's works great if all you do is photography and cinema type activities but if you need to multitask forget about it there is no split screen capability half the time the speakerphone doesn't work. Although the battery life is great the platform needs a little more work to make it the overall package that most consumers are looking for.
No, I do not recommend this product.
