Great smart phone
I was looking for a smart phone for past 2-3 months and did a bit research on it too. I was looking for a windows phone with touch screen, WiFi and a full HTML browser primarily. I didn't want a bulky slidng phone as well. I got all these perfectly blended in this phone but I got many more... like mobile office and all that comes with windows. The touchpad is quite easy to use and puts this phone ahead of others. The best surprise I got is with Voice Commands and it works!! I am very much satisfied with my phone and its features and battery. Only thing I could think as Cons is volume level for default ringtones is low but I downloaded new tones and they are are ringing as loud as expected. About qwerty keyboard keys, it didn't take long to get used to it. However the screen size is little bit smaller than its competitors but that was not my primary requirements.
Overall a good smart phone to have!

Don't Get It
I got this phone pre-released back in october and i have had nothing but trouble with it. the phone is constantly freezing on me and i have to turn it off to restart every few hours. the battery life is HORRIBLE. i have to charge it every night and there have been days where it completely loses battery life by the evening. I got another blackjack. those are great phones.

I did a lot of research on this phone before acquiring it, and I absolutely hate it. The volume on the phone is very low, so it is very difficult to hear the alarm, the appointment reminder, and the speakerphone. Also, it is difficult for me to use the handset while on a phone call; I guess my cheek hits the touchscreen, and often my calls are accidentally put on hold, or disconnected. Also, I am unable to specify different rings for people in my address book. The menu organization is not very logical. However, the texting and email environment of the phone is very convenient. Overall, I give the functionality of the phone a 1 out of 10.

THE best phone ever!!!

i am completely in love with this phone! i feel like there's nothing i would change about it even if i could. when i got my first black jack i always wished it had a touch screen...NOW IT DOES!
if anyone is looking for a fun, easy to use, attractive phone that does EVERYTHING you could want and more, this phone is definitly IT :)
battery life isn't the best but also not the worst i've seen also. if you make sure to charge it night you're guranteed to be set for the day and night regardless of txting and surfing the net.

I got this for my husband for father's day and looks brand new. Connect to wifi great and has a lot of programs for him to have fun with. He likes the fact that it can be locked and customized. Battery life is unbelievable. It last a long time. Fast processor and expandable memory, He loves the phone!

This is probably the best phone I've ever had. The battery life is excellent, I'm on my phone alot and I'm on the internet alot and I only charge this phone once every three or four days. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a smartphone with everything to check this one out.
