good for a start

its a great starter smart phone but its lacking in a few places you need the zune software to deal with the multimedia.. you cant share ringtones, link with anyone via bluetooth or share music you bought. the battery case also gets hot after awhile....whats good about it is the speed, the capability to run numerous apps, connection with your facebook friends and other social media is easy.....its a great phone for those who are just getting used to smart phones and dont need alot of buttons...but if your like me and have your whole life on your phone there is better
