Simple, easy phone for the older generation.
Purchased for my 83yr old Father In Law. Has just enough Ram and Memory to allow him to check his Email, Social Media, keep his Pictures and talk to Family and Friends. That's all he needed. I adjusted the script to Large so he can see with ease and use with ease. Great modern phone for the for the older generation.

Man o man
Only had this phone just one day and already the does what it wants to do and it keeps getting stuck on certain screens even when I'm trying to type this smh I'm not happy

Great little phone, but no replacement parts yet

Actually a great little phone, and I really like it.
Only issue was that it was such a quick replacement purchase, I forgot to ask about (and was not reminded to) purchase insurance. Since there were no screen protectors or cases for it in stock, I agreed to order these online. But I dropped the phone on Day 2, cracking screen (protector was actually in the mail box). Then NO ONE (including Samsung) has a replacement screen for it yet. I just have to deal with cracks and wait until replacement available.

- A: Hi, The SIM card is not compatible with the new phone. I don't think there's an easy way to transfer info and contacts. You can try to backup your contacts to a cloud storage like Google, but it is a really old phone with limited options. David, AT&T Community Specialist5 years agoHelpful?
