Not a good phone
Have had this phone a few months. It moves so slow when opening apps or trying to text. There is so little space that you can only have a few apps installed at a time as well. My biggest complaint is the slow loading of anything on the phone.

Awesome Phone...Great Value

I have now owned my Samsung A12 for 6 weeks and it has performed above my expectations. I do not live on my phone nor do I use it for a business so not looking for a device that performs like my laptop at home. This phone is perfect for someone like me who needs a phone to receive calls, I/M, look up data and from time to time, use MapQuest. Samsung has hit it out of the park for a consumer group that just wants a basic smartphone.

Great price, crappy phone.

I got this because I didn't want to spend a crazy amount on a smart phone replacement. I guess you get what you pay for. It's slow and all of the features seem to revolve around the camera. There was trouble syncing to google and there is not enough memory for what I needed (and probably any other standard user). I do not recommend this phone. Don't regret buying this - get the A52 instead.

Three year old phone

Ive had this phone for three years and i truly do love it, it has pictures that I'm scared of losing as i switch phones, but thats the thing about time and change, it's scary. The only problem with this phone is that it can't take calls, it can't receive calls, i can't sind or get text messages anymore unfortunately because aside from that everything has been perfect with this phone, not a single crack.

Terrible phone

This phone is terrible, so sorry I supposedly upgraded to it, one of the problems is when I get a phone call the person calling cannot hear me, I have to put the call on speaker, I've tried everything to fix this problem and cannot get it done, there's many other problems, I can't wait to get rid of it.

Most smart watches will sync with your Galaxy a12, my suggestion would be to select the watch you are interested in then look at the specifications to see if it has the sensors that you are looking for. From our store page if you select one of the watches listed, in the new window simply scroll down to "Features & specs" click that tab, then scroll down to "sensors" to see if that watch tracks steps/heart rate. - A: Hi @klw2384, A store visit is not required. All you need to do is sign into your account during the checkout process. You'll be promoted on which device you want to upgrade. Select the one with your number. When you get your device, you just need to follow the activation instructions that it comes with.
