This phone is absolutely terrible
a year ago
I got this phone for my daughter as her first phone, it lags so much and crashes all the time. It takes FOREVER to charge just for it to run out of charge without her even using it. It went from 100% to 60% in 15 minutes. She ran out of storage so quickly even when she got a few apps to talk to her friends. She hates using it because it crashes all the time even when she texts me. My Samsung works fine but this one is just not normal. Getting her an iPhone next year. Terrible phone, Samsung.
