Great phone for the price
Upgraded from an A-52 which is a higher level phone and this A-35 is way better. Screen is slightly bigger and graphics are better, was worried that it wouldn't be as good and I was wrong, if ur looking for a budget smartphone this is a great choice

Nothing but lies and deception
OMG the hoops you have to jump thru. I cannot believe the amount of time it took to order it online then to be told that it’s ready for pick up only to have to jump thru more hoops at the store. Got to the store to pick up the item, and after jumping thru all those hoops there and spending 30-45 simply to be told that I could not leave with an item that I already paid Was told that they can’t release it to me because of some type of system error, it showed that I did everything online but coulSee more

Great phone for the price

OMG the hoops you have to jump thru. I cannot believe the amount of time it took to order it online then to be told that it’s ready for pick up only to have to jump thru more hoops at the store. Got to the store to pick up the item, and after jumping thru all those hoops there and spending 30-45 simply to be told that I could not leave with an item that I already paid Was told that they can’t release it to me because of some type of system error, it showed that I did everything online but couldn’t release it from there inventory because I supposedly hadn’t paid for it yet. Even though I had already paid for it and had the confirmation receipt on my email which I showed them and there was even a receipt attached to the bag. I was told that when I arrived I only needed to pay the taxes at the store by the online system when I initially purchased the item. But at the store I was told they would have to erase the phone purchase I conducted online and ring this up as a whole new in store purchase and pay for it in the store for this new order to be able to walk out with the device. Then here is the kicker, even though I was told that system showed that I didn’t pay for it, after I completed my transaction and paid for it all overs again they store rep tells me as I’m about to leave with my device that I will get a refund for what I paid online in 7 to 10 days.
WAIT I THOUGHT YOU SAID IT SHOWED THAT I HADN’T PAID FOR ANYTHING, BUT NOW YOUR TELLING ME THAT I WILL GET A REFUND IN 7-10 DAYS. I don’t get, it just mind-boggling. I simply grabbed my device and left. Trust me first chance I get talking my business account and switching service when possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works flawlessly sometimes it gets locked up and I have to do a top right three button hold to unlock the hardware? Just don't select download and reload your Operating System since most of the time it doesn't need that other than that I wish there were faster networking and processing speeds or a processor and faster Wi-Fi connectivity

This phone is so cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased this phone over 2 years ago from my phone provider and it has been a great device to use on a daily basis.
I've never been able to make multiple use of a phone before and I'm glad to use to the best of what a mobile phone can do.
It's use as a communication device and a multimedia device as well as creating artwork and create images and saving and archiving my work as been something that it was not available before and might not again on another device.

Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery lasts for a while and the camera works great. Love the different options for the camera. I had Motorolas for the longest time and I'm so glad I switched to Samsung. Much better quality. Love this phone and my galaxy buds.

The features work consistantly and I havent had any issues with it overheating like my last phone. Networking and streaming are smooth and efficient. I will be replacing it with another Samsung when it is time.
