Wrong phone
ATT Sent a Corporate phone, rather than a personal phone, rendering the phone incapapble of being used without a managing IT department.
Then when we went to get the correct phone sent, they had to upgrade, since the A53 was no longer available.

No charging block?

It comes with the quick start guide and a USB-C to USB-C charging cord, but no charging block. The phone companies keep doing this. First it was every brand had their own unique charging cord connector. Then they seemed to standardize on the Micro USB (Except Apple of course). After that most changed to USB-C with a standard USB on the other end. Most car and wall charging blocks had USB outlets. But now, oh now we have a phone that comes with a USB-C to USB-C cord and NO charging block.
Fortunately we can keep using the stuff from the last phone.
Sigh.
The phone itself with 6GB of Ram and 128BG internal memory as well as being 5G is doing pretty good. Larger and faster than 33 month old 4G phone. Will there be a 6G with more upgraded crap we have to change to before this phone is 2 years old?
The phone companies should just GIVE us free phones for the headache they cause.

Nice mid-range phone but Buyer Beware

I really liked this phone, I found it to be speedy enough for my needs with excellent battery life and an impressive camera. However, the first time I tried to make a Bluetooth call from my car, I could hear the other party perfectly, but they told me I sounded like a robot, they could not understand me. The Bluetooth worked fine to stream music in my car and even to make calls from other Bluetooth devices. But in my car and my daughter's car it continued to be the same garbled robot voice. I went through multiple troubleshooting attempts with Samsung, including sending it back to them for repair. I received it back with the same issue unresolved. My error was in not testing a Bluetooth call during the 14 day return period offered by AT&T. So if you do buy this phone, make sure to test it right away with your car bluetooth to make sure there are no issues. Of note, I now have a S22 that works perfectly to both call and stream music in my vehicle.

really bad samsung

This phone works for data only when it wants too. If you are planning on going anywhere where you don't know where you are run away from this phone. I have had poor quality service everywhere Florida, Boston, Savannah and Virginia It does not matter. This phone should only be $150 new max. Not over $500. The camera is alright if you don't might blurry pictures.

downgraded phone

"Upgraded" to this phone from A50 and already regret it. Operations are very slow, you have to wait while even simple applications or browser are loading. From the moment of purchase battery keeps just few hours until going completely 0. But the worse is a camera. By some reasons automatic editing doesn't work 50% of time, so pictures come out either completely dark or whited-out (it's never happened on A50). If it's a little dark outside the phone activates automatic exposure without notifying you, so almost all pictures are getting blurry, and you can't turn it off. This phone is complete disappointment and money waisting.

- A: Hi @ttazz, You would use the USB-C cable (included) and a charging block, if you have one, to charge it. If you have a Samsung charging block, it will need a USC-C port. If it does not, you can still use older cables with USB to USB-C if you have one. I have used cables from my older model Samsungs without issue.
